Sunblest Cleaning Services is a Commercial and Industrial Contract Cleaning Organisation operating throughout Australia.

 

It is the Policy of Sunblest Cleaning Services to provide Quality cleaning in accordance with the customer’s specified requirements. Our aim is to deliver this standard and provide the service with the highest degree of excellence possible with the implementation of ISO 9001:2000.

 

Our company further recognizes that in order to maintain customer satisfaction, it must conform to our customer expectations and completely fulfill its obligations in accordance with the specifications.

 

Our commitment begins with the establishment of an in-house, continuous improvement program. We give our employees a sense of achievement that leads to improved productivity and customer satisfaction.

 

Quality is an integral part of all work performed and all employees are required to comply with the policy of the company and conform to the requirements of the Quality Systems.

 

All employees are made aware of these requirements by their manager and up-grading and refresher training is undertaken as required to ensure that the requirements of the customers are being met at all times.

Regular Cleaning Assessment


Area Managers provide Inspection Reports of each site on regular basis. The assessment sheet is then used by our clients to assess the level of service provided by our company.

 

Space is also provided for any additional comments made by our clients, which are then addressed by Sunblest’s Area Managers.

Sunblest Cleaning Services have been accredited according to the standard of AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000.
